This program is very easy to use and works great. I have had this app since the first release and have continued to use it frequently. It practically runs circles around apples notes application and has so many great features. Writing in this app isnt always as fast as just typing but with all the features typing is still great.

All I can say is were not there yet. Handwriting like speech speech recognition is iffy. App does decent job. It works great if you go slow, but Im not going to take time to write slow enough to make the toy work.

This almost is a cool app, if it werent so slow. I "wrote" the word HELLO and the software said I misspelled it. And it took several tries to get that. Deleted.

Paid actual money for this app, but new updates are iOS 5 only. Not cool.

This is a great app and Im getting the hang of it... But something seems to b wrong with the Facebook interface. U need to work on that. Almost 4 stars..... Ok Im going to give u 4 cause that should b an easy fix!

Great app for note taking at school or writing a report. Needs a carriage return and needs to recognize smaller writing. Needs a diagram box for adding pictures and graphics. Recognizes cursive better than print. A stylus helps. Needs more support icons interactive with the writing area. I am impressed and can,t wait for updates!

Each release of this product has been great. Thought Id post my appreciation.

I love to type up short stories, I usually do it on my computer, but after I got write pad, I stopped typing on my computer! I will actually, get up from my computer to get my iPad so that I can type something. I also like that the background is changeable so that Im not constantly blinded by a bright white screen contrasted by thick black letters. The handwriting recognition is very effective, and the keypad is set up perfectly. I love the button right on top to send an email. If I want to email someone, I can just press the button, rather than having to follow a long line of confusing steps just to transfer a paper. Also, great for school work, I can put my iPad in my backpack, type up an essay, and email it to myself and it automatically converts the paper to the correct format for word with no hassle for me! Amazing application, I would suggest this to anyone.

Am I missing something? Although the handwriting recognition is great, I cant copy and paste text into Momonote, where I keep all my info. Without being able to do this easily the app is pretty worthless to me. I couldnt write this review in it and paste it here. Hopefully the developer will correct this problem quickly.

Lately, i am unable to paste items onto a new page. I was able to do this previously. Any tips.

I finally see that Im not the only person who cant choose copy from within this app and paste what I copied into another place such as a contact note on the iPhone. Surely this is a bug that the developer could fix.

I was loving this app until I realized it wouldnt copy to or paste from anything outside of this app. In my opinion, this is an absolute must. How could an app get so much right only to fall way short in this one simple, basic, necessary feature?

Over priced this is supposed to make note taking easier and faster but in reality it takes longer garbage

This application does not recognize Spanish as it claims.

First: the app icon is lame. Seriously. So unprofessional. Second: it needs a few options, such as CLEAR ALL. Also, a customizable 1-touch export button would be great. For example, lets say I need to quickly jot down an address someone is telling me. I open this app and jot down the note, but its now on my screen, and it takes too many clicks to do anything with the note other than stare at it within this app. Im not a kid writing twitter updates or facebook statuses about what I had for lunch. Im an adult trying to quickly jot down a piece of info. This app makes it easy to do that, but its a pain to later export the info so its usable beyond staring at it on my iPhone screen. This app does a decent job of translating handwritten scribble to text. But it takes way too much effort to export the text. I give the app 3 stars, but really, thats me being kind. 2 stars is probably more honest.

I am not using iOS 6 yet and my apps work great w/ iOS 5.1 - no need to risk switching - THIS APP DEVELOPER HAS CREATED IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES BUT ONLY FOR iOS 6 USERS. So, as a paid user I am left out. This is my only app that chose to *only* iOS 6! = REGRETTABLE = PREVIOUS REVIEW & TITLE V. good; Super update. Reliable@5 wks SUMMARY Handy, Organized, Reliable, Unique. I often have to record something quickly or have to keep my eyes elsewhere while trying to take notes. WritePad works great, is nicely organized, and has features to backup the notes. I find it really pleasurable to use since the first day learning period. RECOMMENDED GR8 app! Well worth the relatively small cost. Ive used it for over 5 weeks. Good, ongoing support. =^)

Writing is okay for software that requires you to write. Its actually pretty amazing that it works. However when I was notified there was an update it was never able to install it. So far it hasnt even started installing it has been sitting on my iPhone for days saying installing.

iOS 6 only ?!? Garbage ! Avoid this incompatible app that might crash lock up & brick your iPhone or iPad ! Program WAS excellent And really cool - until this update destroyed it. Developer: Fix your code to do a compatibility check - then run the right version. Do you realize how many iPhone 3s & 4s are out there ? Most iPhones are the older versions, & iOS 6 is bad on old phones. Please preserve your user base & support your customers. Thank you!

Great tool for my needs. The only thing I would add is the ability to add a photo to your notes
