Fix renaming bug!

This app is a bit quirky, as it uses non-standard interfaces for autocorrection and selecting text. However, now that Im used to these quirks, I find it superior for writing documents of significant length. I also like the web interface for transferring documents without entrusting my personal files to a cloud service.

The handwriting recognition works pretty well, but I use the keyboard mode because its faster for me.

My only complaint is that since the recent update, I can no longer rename my files (the blue arrow does not appear like the Users Guide says it should, on the iPhone version at least). This is especially annoying since the new version doesnt give you a chance to override the default name before creating the file in the first place. Please fix this!
